Here's one for Wayne "You can never go wrong with tractors."
The harvest is underway around the area. These are headed to local canneries and will appear in your supermarket as canned 'pumpkin' though they are actually a variety of squash.

Oh wow! A John Deere with a pumpkin picking plough thingamajiggy on the front. I'm going to frame this one Jill.
I've got a craving for pumpkin pie.
Stunning colors. And I'm laughing about the tractor comments. We went out to the country today and strolled through a farm, bought some fresh pressed cider and apple butter and looked over a lot of pumpkins, but didn't bring one home (except in photos). Even our sunny fall is making up for that lousy spring we had, eh? :-)

"my sweet squash"
Doesn't sound good! LOL
I've heard that even Butternut varieties are canned as "pumpkin". It's all just winter squash, even the real deal. Yum!
So many, so little time. What a beatiful sight.
My favourite photo of the day. This is a ripper! I’ve never seen so many pumpkins in a field, let alone a tractor rounding them up. Obviously they are popular right through Winter over there.
A field of pumpkins - what a happy sight! Great shot.
