Cold Weather

We've had a little snow, which we only get every couple of years down here in the valley. Our temperatures have dipped below freezing and the deer were back and forth across the field all day. I think they were looking for unfrozen water. Or maybe they just liked frolicking in the snow.

The snow has been so enjoyable - althoughh not so fun having to drive to Wilsonville this morning. But, since we don't get it very often, I really AM enjoying it. Love the photo and your cute little visitor.

Oh, you're so lucky to see this lovely deer! My little daughter would looooove it!

I wonder if your deer are as bold as ours are. They're always startling me when I take my walks at night, bolting only when I'm almost upon them.

I thought of your mushroom village when I posted that little door today -- they would make quite a sight together.

Lovely shot! I like that very light snow you're getting there at the moment, Jill. :)
Nice effect for the season.

Very nice photo! That would make a great card. My grandparents live in Amity and they said the snow was coming down last night!

Thanks everyone.

Angela -- the snow effect is a little javascript. I'd send it to you, but don't think you'd have much use for it on your sunny blog.
