A Quiet Ride

A few days ago it was sunny and warm and a good day for a walk or ride through Minto-Brown Island Park. A couple miles south of city center along the Willamette River, the park consists of over 800 acres and has approximately 16 miles of trails, 5 of which are paved.

The size of the park and the trail network is impressive. It looks like a great spot to get some exercise.

That is beautiful. It looks almost like my driveway. Home of the many Sycamore trees. MB

Oh, I just love going to MintoBrown. Perfect for a long walk or bike ride. The wonderful dry autumn days we have been having are so great. We certainly had a great show of color this year - thanks to little rain amount of rain that we've had.

I couldn't tell you how many times I have driven by the park but have only been there 3 times in 41 years. Thanks for the reminder I definitely need to go to the park!
