An Update

Jill has been in the hospital for several days. She will likely remain there for a few days to a week more.

The prognosis is encouraging: her tests have gone well, and she is responding well to her medication.

Posted by her son.

Glad to hear things are going well. I was worried when there hadn't been any new posts in awhile. Sending best wishes your way.

Strayed on to you site by accident and enjoyed the photos. My wife and I moved to Salem a little over two years ago.

I’m no professional, but produce our family website to keep in touch with family and friends in both Australia and the U.S.

I’ll be back… All the best and thanks.

Jill, I'll be expecting a plethora of hospital and medical center photos for awhile? (wink, wink...nudge, nudge)

Oh my, Jill! I was checking in for theme day. I'm so sorry that life has thrown you a medical interruption. I'm wishing you well in your treatment and hoping you are back to feeling yourself and up to getting out to shoot very soon.

Thank you to whomever posted the notice on your whereabouts! Please keep us posted.

I want to thank you all for your thoughts. I was just released a second time from the hospital after a very hard battle with viral meningitis that went to my brain. I then became toxic to the drug used to kill off the virus and my kidneys started to fail. But it appears I have survived and am finally home. I hope to be out and about soon, and posting again. Your thoughts and comments have meant so much.
